Fiona is a partner with Browne Jacobson and a practising
Advocate with emphasis on Regulatory defence. Fiona also
Heads up the firm's Food and Drink and Advertising and Marketing
teams.
Fiona has over 20 years experience in advising clients in relation
to alleged infringements of food, safety, manufacturing and product
regulations, health and safety, directors responsibilities, trade
descriptions and consumer protection. She has specialised
experience in Brands, Advertising and Marketing from initial advice
on campaigns and copy to challenges by the Regulators. Transport
and Entertainment licensing are other areas of expertise. She also
represents Government bodies and local authorities in regulatory
matters.
Away from work Fiona has a keen interest in the arts.
